My eczema is so bad I can hardly hold my phone in my hand

I can’t remember ever having it this bad before.

Maybe it’s stress. Maybe it’s just winter.


I can’t get my nails done. I hide my hands behind my back or inside my sleeves. It hurts so bad I sometimes can’t focus on anything else.

  1. stilljustsue said: Mine was crazy bad and I went to a dermatologist who gave me some great tips. Put lotion (even if it’s not medicated) on your hands when they are wet. It seals in more moisture. If you have cotton gloves, wear them to bed after you put on the lotion.
