I started this 10% in 4 at 190.

I lost a few then gained a few.

Then I stayed strong at 185.

Until I started going to the gym.

There must be something said for cardio and stuff because I am officially out of the 180’s.

I am now 176.

So…yeah.

That’s 14 pounds, in case you suck at math.

I still have a front bump…but baby steps. 

As long as I take them on a treadmill with an incline of 15, I should be okay…right?
