I just left the doctor’s office.

I lost 6 pounds.

My blood pressure was 130/90.

He still thinks I should take hypertension meds…I am fighting him on this. My pressure used to be 160/110, so I think I am making improvements with diet. I guess I am not a doctor, so I am still on the fence.

14 out of 18 trigger points sent me almost off the table and down the hall.

He is sending me BACK to a rheumatologist and hopefully I will get better treatment than I did the last go round.

He wants me to have an XRAY of my neck, to check for injury.

And he thinks I should have a nerve conduction test.

I am terrified that this test will hurt.Because HOLY FUCK it sounds painful.

Has any one had  it??
